Specialised Services

Highway Adoption

We provide As-Built Surveys for highways under Section 38, 228 & 278 Agreements. These surveys are coloured to the relevant local authority standard and supported by Land Transfer Plans, Highway Inventories, and Asset Specification Inventories where applicable.

Sewer Adoption

For drainage infrastructure, we offer As-Built Surveys under Section 102, 104 & 185 Agreements. Our surveys are completed specifically for adoption by the local water authority and are supported by Manhole & Sewer Record Cards and Deed of Grant / Easements plans where applicable.

Public Open Space

We deliver As-Laid plans for public open spaces detailing the extent of planting, footpaths, play areas, etc.

All plans meet the standard required by adopting authorities with area calculations provided if required. We also regularly cross-reference POS boundaries with those agreed upon with Land Registry to confirm the final As-Built position.
